Class Descriptions
EARLY MORNING & MORNING – Strengthen ALL muscle groups using dumb bells, body bars, medicine balls, stability balls, stretch bands, and body weight. Nutritional information, weight loss tips, and short devotional included! All ages and fitness levels welcome!
PURE CARDIO – 8 week challenge! 30 minutes of Pure Cardio- walking, jogging, intervals, Walk to run intervals, Fat burning intervals, walking only intervals, increased endurance/speed intervals. The program will be tailored to your specific goals/needs. You will need to bring a watch or Gymboss timer(www.Gymboss.com).
SENIOR ADULT – Join us as we strengthen ALL muscle groups in just 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week! We will use a variety of equipment such as dumb bells, medicine balls, stability balls, stretch bands, and body weight. Strength training can increase your metabolic rate, increase/restore bone density, increase lean muscle mass, prevent injury, improve balance, reduce cholesterol and blood pressure, and help you feel better!
NIGHT – Come right from work or home and wear off the stress of the day! Strengthen ALL muscle groups using dumb bells, body bars, medicine balls, stability balls, stretch bands, and body weight. Nutritional information, weight loss tips, and short devotional included! All ages and fitness levels welcome!
